I used them to fix my hot tub leak. I brought the broken piece to their store. Next day it was fixed quickly and I was only billed for a half hour service call, plus the part, which was less than $10.
Great business, friendly staff , awesome service, very knowledgeable and willing to help, for this was my fist time buying a hot tub , I totally would recommend this place
I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Their technicians clearly lacked the experience and skills needed to work on my hot tub. Instead of fixing the issue, they caused significant damage, leaving me with an even bigger problem. They don’t check if the breakers are turned off before draining the hot tub which is the first step. I expected professionalism and expertise, but unfortunately, they fell far short.
