Been at this gym for 5 years, love the coaches and the members. They understand and promote proper technique. It’s certainly a challenge at first but put the time in and your fitness level will improve.

Been a member for just under 2 months. Lovely community. Fantastic workouts with great coaching! Nice competitive atmosphere while still being very welcoming!
