I wanted to like this place. As a pizza enthusiast, I was excited. I waited 2 weeks for my reservation. In the end, I feel like a Victim. A Victim to the “ The Hype”. Let me start off by saying The Service here was great, my waitress was polite and very attentive. We were seated immediately 20 minutes before our reservation to 70% occupied restaurant which makes you ponder more on the “exclusivity” we started with the Burrata for 22$. Used to be much better. We waited almost an hour to get our pizzas, the special pizza was supposed to be smokey but tasted more like someone sprinkled ash on top of it. The Margherita is still good, but 48 bucks for a 12 inch pizza with a tiny sprinkle of Parmigiano is outrageous.
Overall a great experience. highly recommend it. It's refreshing The pizza itself was incredibly well made. Staff: they are extremely polite and courteous.
I have been here once and I would love to come back - the pizza is really good, but now they no longer accept walk ins (which was the only reasonable way to get in, reservations which are pretty much impossible to get). Not the best pizza in the world (I have had better elsewhere), and not worth the price. Only get the pizza, the rest of the menu is garbage, go elsewhere for dessert. Look locally for equivalent pizza, you can usually find it 99% is hype, look locally!
