I didn’t have a family doctor, so I checked with several clinics, and this one had the quickest response, which I really appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, and the doctor showed a strong sense of responsibility in patient care and was considerate of the patient’s perspective.
Three years ago, I came to see her because something didn’t look right with my breast. She didn’t hesitate. She immediately sent me to the hospital for further testing. I waited over 10 days without hearing back from the breast clinic at the hospital and still had no appointment. I returned to Dr. Todorovic, and she took immediate action.
