Went to this place to try them out as my regular masseuse wasn’t available. The lady who was doing the massage did not understand a word of English and kept doing the same thing which was making it painful. I had to gesture her to get someone else so that I could explain what I wanted. It was Not a good massage experience however, when I was checking out the front desk, lady demanded that I pay a tip as that’s how her masseuse makes money. Do Not Waste your time and money here. The massage was so incredibly painful and I kept asking the lady to please be more gentle, but I was literally groaning in pain the whole time and couldn’t wait for it to be over. As far as pricing it was a little expensive, but the worst part was When I paid, the chaser was so rude and I only wanted to tip 15%, but she said that wasn’t enough so I gave in and tipped 25%. Do not go here, they practically bully you for a bigger tip after they break you.
Absolutely terrible. The masseuse climbed on top of me to put her full weight on me and it hurt so bad. Ive had massages at massage envy before and this is no way to do a massage. Pretty sure they weren’t licensed, she couldn’t remember what she did on each side so the whole thing was different on each side. The price was okay, a little expensive, the cashier was rude, demanding more than a 20% tip. My advice would be to just skip this place, you’d be better off going literally anywhere else.
