Rheumatologist and staff were great. The vampire (phlebotomist), however, bit my friends elbow (drew blood from just below the elbow on the outside of the arm) because she couldn't hit a vein after having tried twice. Then, she dropped the vials on the floor. This was painful, so two stars off.
