The UMSL Recreation and Wellness Center is my favorite sanctuary on campus. I’m especially drawn to the swimming pool—there’s something almost sacred about being in the water. It’s where I feel most at peace, most connected to the universe. I also appreciate the heavy bags in the studio, perfect for focused training and stress release.
