Terrible experience for a young patient who has been through a lot. I’ve waited three weeks to hear back about 2 tests that came back positive. I was told to get follow up tests & mri’s by the PA with no detail as to why. I was told she is not comfortable answering my questions and they continue to tell me I’m at the top of the list to get a call back - yet no follow up calls or consideration for the patient is given for 3 WEEKE NOW. In January my husband had a stroke. We lucked out having Dr Ugur being the Dr on call and taking care of him while he was in the hospital. She is an excellent caring Dr. We continued with her and trust her. My husband has fully recovered and we created her fast action. He will continue to follow up with Dr Ugur.
