Bus has been highly unreliable since new driver was hired on. I’ve had my stop skipped two times this week because of how far behind they’ve gotten with the new hire. It’s troubling because I live in a situation where curfew is mandatory and I have a schedule that requires me to be on time as well. A lot of the bus drivers that work for Umpqua transportation are amazing kind and phenomenal. I appreciate everyone putting in hard work for our county. I hope utrans can go back to being more reliable in the future.

Bus as been on time every day until recently everything has been the same as the traffic but for some reason for 2 days in a row the bus has been late a hour and longer the time im typing this it's been a hour and 9 minutes and the bus driver blew passed me I had to make my whole body very visible even though where I sit every driver I've had prior sees me and stops every time and ive been at that same stop a little longer then a couple weeks sense it is closer to my work then the one I used to go to which was around a 20 mi... read more

Not bad at all. Usually runs a few minutes late. People who ride know the rules and I've never had a problem with passengers before. Drivers are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Busses are clean and warm/cool. Inexpensive. I like it :)

The bus works for when you need it. Sometimes it's a long wait, though, but it's helpful
