Horrible experience working with Matt Martino at Umpqua Bank Home Lending. Just horrible. Matt was inattentive, aggressive, and clearly way too stressed out to perform his job well. His assistant wasn't any help at all either. In the end, I got saddled with a HUGE interest rate because of his gross negligence in performing the basic duties of his job...which is blamed on the underwriter.
