We banked here barely a year. Multiple mistakes, depositing money into wrong accounts, depositing too much money etc. Finally we decided to close the accounts, next thing we know we're getting overdraft notices because they never closed it. They refunded ( in the mail, no call or email)the over drafts, but now there's been returned items that should have never been excepted in the first place. Nice people do not make up for mishandling money. By far the WORST BANK IVE EVER USED!
Really good came up super fast and showed everything I needed to know while keeping it simple for me.
They're extremely friendly for a financial institution
