Im not one to leave any reviews but this one had to be done as I’ve heard many things about Monica A. Her attitude and demeanor can betray how you feel as clearly as inattentive service. Very unprofessional by telling me “you can’t live in a box” referring to my account only having a P.O Box. as an address. Went in for a replacement card and she did everything she could to delay or make it more difficult to just process a replacement card. Check your bills because they do give counterfeit money and brush their hands like nothing.
One of the team members at the drive thru was very rude, impolite and unprofessional. Waited so long at drive thru we went inside to see what was wrong.. and she continued to be rude and unprofessional. Very bad for the reputation of the business
