I use the drive through most of the time. I enjoy the girl at the window everytime. I work with the public too. Its not easy to be smiling and friendly at the end of the day but this young girl does always. My one gripe at this columbia is there is no deposite on the atm. Please put a new atm here. The current one is antique. Thank you
Nothing but problems! We will be closing our personal accounts and business accounts tomorrow. Kim, the "manager" was unprofessional and wouldn't even give her business card to us. What a joke! ZERO STARS
Im not one to leave any reviews but this one had to be done as I’ve heard many things about Monica A. Her attitude and demeanor can betray how you feel as clearly as inattentive service. Very unprofessional by telling me “you can’t live in a box” referring to my account only having a P.O Box. as an address. Went in for a replacement card and she did everything she could to delay or make it more difficult to just process a replacement card. Check your bills because they do give counterfeit money and brush their hands like nothing.
