Very convenient to my house and easy to get in and out.
I was going to deposit my check their some people in car would go they just staring I left to see if chance they leave 35 min came back and they were still their.close to the door where to the ATM .
I really appreciate the staff at Umpqua and for all they do. They work hard, they know their stuff, and they try to help me be effective with my money. Highly recommend!
I love this bank, great customer service, all my accounts merge perfectly with Quickbooks, good liness of credit. I highly recommend.
Not so friendly! Usually not the experience I am used to having... staff was more worried about me without a mask sitting behind their plexiglass with their masks on and me standing midway from the entrance... didn't even feel any compassion when I said I couldn't wear a mask and needed to file a dispute on an $800 charge... was told they couldn't help me until I wore a mask... then someone shouted from a cross their cubicle to give me a number and I could leave and talk to someone on the phone!?
