A breath of fresh air banking with the big banks all throughout my life but must say, Alvin Locsin and his staff at this smaller bank chain is delightful to do business with. Very accommodating and always a pleasure... highly recommend their professionalism and sincere care for their clients 👍🏼
The 'World's Greatest Bank' advertised on the Benicia, CA branch wall. I tried to access my account & apparently, they changed their criteria for user name and/or PW...& when I was forced to generate a new account, it was a blank slate. I only deal with local banks & credit unions, so it was an easy errand to fix. Not so fast! They were quite dismissive & said I need to call this number.
