My debt card had an unauthorized transaction on a Saturday morning. Columbia Bank was on it. The young lady I spoke with that morning, and am sorry I don't recall her name, gave me opportunity to go to an ATM, call a number, and a supervisor would allow me to make a cash withdrawal.
