Great customer service Sometimes you get what you pay for. The only reason I wont rate this bank as world class is their fees associated with Internet Bill Pay. However, all the people I have met through our mortgage and construction loan process have been absolutely wonderful. Customer Serive is a priority at First Bank and if you can find account which meets your needs with acceptable fees I highly recommend it!
