I'm sorry to see the one star reviews. However each one I read, it sounds like it was their fault. Not the banks, if you sign up for overdraft protection, then maybe they will take the money out of your savings and put it into your checking. So because of your mistakes you go on here and give the bank a one star review.I don't understand.
I've been customer since May 2018 and I have never experienced such shady practices until now. The bank system didn't actually transfer my money and blamed me and overdrafed my account. They didn't notify me with mail or anything it was overdrawn. The bank good chunk of money and the Christmas money I had on the side went to paying the account positive. They will charge you a $35 for anything. Claims to be a local community credit union but doesn't feel like one.
