"The World's Greatest Bank" I am so tired of the employees being required to answer the phone this way. It is not a true or factual statement. According to WA state RCW's this is in fact an illegal statement to use for marketing purposes unless you can prove it to be 100% factual and true. I have banked there for many years and it is a horrible bank. They lack locations, many of the banks do not have drive up windows, they charge fees for using ATM machine's outside the network, many of the locations are not opened on weeken... read more
