Andrew an his staff are amazing
Customer service is very bad. Bank is closed when it’s supposed to be open and posted hours say it’s to be open. Drive through is almost always closed. Then when you go inside the line is looong with only one teller open. The employees seem like they’re hiding out in the back then come slinking in from behind a door as if no one’s been waiting for over 20 minutes. Sama the girl at the drive thru has been rude to me, the first time my receipts were blown away in the wind she didn't offer to give me copies and just closed her window. the second time she refused to give me change and told me to go down to my car to receive the service inside the bank, but if I have not got out of my car from the beginning That does not make you think that it is because I can not get out of my car? She is a lousy and rude person.
