Terrible bank no service. Closed more than it’s open ATM rarely has cash (and is operated by a third party company so if and when something goes wrong they can do nothing about it). Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
I went to cash a check to deposit it they told me they couldn't cash because of the amount why is it a issue to cash a check at my own bank
I've been with Umpqua Bank since around 2007 and this specific branch is the worst of all Umpqua Banks I've ever encountered (as far as availability). Most of the time they are closed during business hours which is very inconvenient especially since that is the branch nearest my location.
There app is horrible and you never get anyone on the phone.
