I’ve always received excellent service from the bankers and tellers at this branch-friendly, knowledgeable, high spirited group of people. Today, Lillian impressed me with her tact and pleasant demeanor in dealing with a very unpleasant bank customer. Overall great people doing a fantastic job for me and my business! If you say you’re going to do something might wanna honor it. Due to your lack of customer service as well as lack of care and consideration and not to mention failed communication with a long standing customer you all just lost yet again another customer lol good job guys 🤣
