The staff is very kind and helpful. The website is a giant complicated mess. My mortgage statements says they offer paperless and I went through an hour of online banking rigamurow and talking to specialists to find out they won't do it for me. Tried the exact same operation with Truist on my second mortgage and easy peasy. Done in 5 minutes.
Your phone number goes nowhere it goes to a hang up line.... Very disappointed in the fact that we can't talk to you in person... As I have charges on my bank account that I did not put there.
Size of operation severely affects ability to accommodate customers properly.
