The branch manager Tyson is awesome! He always steps out of his office to visit with me even when im doing a quick drive through transaction. The tellers are also great and very helpful. This is a smaller regional bank where they really focus on relationships. Sometimes transactions take a bit longer, but I wouldn't choose another bank for my needs! Keep up the great work!
Customer service is not the best, almost impossible get something done over the phone due to wait times. Honestly would not recommend this bank.
This bank is horrible, my boyfriend and I had to leave on a serious important trip and we had to take out money, we waited there the WHOLE DAY and they never gave us our money.
