Yet another institution that has gone downhill - severely and across multiple services. Want to wire money while you are traveling. Nope, have to go into a branch. That's easy to do from Scotland. Umpqua Bank receives one star for being a local bank and a second star for having a retail presence. They earned back the third star after a visit to the Multnomah Village branch, where manager Sher Martinez went out of her way to correct everything that was botched earlier in the day. The lose the fourth and fifth stars is based on their horrible website, which takes user UNfriendly to new heights; the online system locks me out every time (over several months) I try to login.
