Called to get info regarding opening an account and receiving money, the employee kept me on two long holds, never answered my question, and acted like I was doing some shady activity by…calling the bank and asking for information? Might as well just open an account with Chase or Key bank

I am banking with Umpqua for 33 years, first at the Talent branch, then at the Phoenix and Ashland branches. I always was pleased with the very professional, fast service and friendly staff. Calling in for a question is quick and easy as you can speak with a local associate. I go there for a free notary every year, most of the time served by the same staff I know for years, It is my favorite bank of all.
