I am banking with Umpqua for 33 years, first at the Talent branch, then at the Phoenix and Ashland branches. I always was pleased with the very professional, fast service and friendly staff. Calling in for a question is quick and easy as you can speak with a local associate. I go there for a free notary every year, most of the time served by the same staff I know for years, It is my favorite bank of all.

If I could give it no stars I would. Rudest staff members ever. Especially the manager! They supposedly weren’t able to deposit a check that was endorsed to me? But yet I’ve had it done multiple times at other locations. Now being new to the Ashland area so I went here & this was my first experience. Considering moving banks since this is the only location close to where I live now. Told them that & they didn’t even care, absolute joke.
