I really like the personnel at this bank, but I had 2 fraudulent charges on an ATM card I had never used anywhere. I have no idea how that is possible unless someone has gotten numbers from the bank itself. Beware. I quickly cancelled my account.
Good bank
I have banked with them for almost 25 years since they were Western Sierra Bank. That being said, the last year has been nothing but problems! They nickel and dime you for fee's, ridiculous overdraft fees, and the customer service has gone downhill by far! It's really disappointing, I have to say I am looking into changing banks to save money!
