Always friendly and courteous. I feel welcome and would recommend this bank to anyone.
Very nice employees, always friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Always have coffee, hot and fresh. And they leave a dish of fresh water outside for our doggie friends.
Their slogan is "The World's Greatest Bank." And it did use to live up to that. I'm sure they think it's progress but they have changed their phone number from being answered here locally to a call center in who knows where. Can take up to 5 minutes for the call center to answer and forward my call to the local bank. Is changing where the number rings (still a local phone number) to ringing at a call center more efficient. I don't think so. Wish I could give 0. The manager, Janet, does not know anything about banking or managing. The turnover is terrible and it is because of the manager. Bad move making her the manager.
I love this bank. They are so friendly and professional. They have the feeling of a small town bank. They still have totally free checking.

Horrible customer service!!! I am currently in the process of buying a home and my loan officer is slow to respond, rude, unprofessional and extremely lazy. Run and take your business else where if you want someone to actually assist you Umpqua is not it. There slogan should say worlds worst bank instead of world greatest bank.
