I opened a credit card and an account here, the person who opened my credit card managed to make MULTIPLE typos in my name. Now, after I called to get it fixed (giving them all of my information) they have the audacity to ask ME to prove who I am or they'll close my account, when my name is already in your system. The same person who opened my account also automatically set me up to have $3/month statement that is slowly draining my account that I cannot turn off because I was not given access to the online portal.

Absolutely and thoroughly disgusted right now. Deposited cash through the ATM at the branch this morning. Immediately after giving me a receipt it rejected the cash deposit and everyone is telling me it can take up to 10 days for them to resolve the fact that they have my money and it is not in my account. Yes you read correctly they kept the cash in the machine yet immediately withdrew it from my account.
