I order new plate shoes and was unsure on my size emailed ump attire has a reply back within 15min and the person wrote me back with all product reviews and suggested I order 2 pairs and take advantage of there free return policy i then had some other questions about shipping prices and receieved a phone call back the entire process took maybe 30min all together order my shoes and had them by 2pm the next day return the size that was a little small a week later and the day after ump attire receieved the smaller size back I h... read more

Ordered plate and base shoes and they were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, they were too narrow (D...my error, not theirs). I processed the return/reorder and Ump Attire shipped my (EE)’s to me promptly and received in a timely manner.
