BEWARE SCAMMERS! I came to get my charge port fixed on Friday and was told they had to order a part and would have it fixed by the following Monday. Monday comes I get no phone call. So I call and am told the part did not come in. This went on until Thursday. With several people claiming to be the manager and saying they will call back. NO ONE EVER CALLED. THEY KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN-AROUND. I finally went up there to retrieve my phone and money. They told me the part was 65 dollars. Bull.. I bought it for 12.99 from Amazon ... read more
Umobile college park staffs are very respectful and good ...
Came for a simple replacement of my camera and left with my speaker volume being noticeably quieter, and my batter dying faster. This place is utter trash.
DO NOT come here to get your phone fixed. Came for screen replacement with everything else in my phone working, and I left with an “unfixable” issue with my home button, and a blurry front screen camera. Save your TIME and MONEY, and just go elsewhere.
