I really enjoyed the Customer Service I was provided from the 2 people that worked with me. The quality of the services for the price you pay, on the other hand, extreme disappointment. I got full leg wax- there are more than two areas that were completely missed, not to mention the fact that it didn't feel smooth at all, but like stubble over the entire bottom half of my legs. I had to shave when I got home. I also got the Sauri Sauri mani and pedi. The dry skin wasn't even removed from around toe nails. I messed up my poli... read more

I go to the Seattle location and always have a great experience. I add the Rainforest excursion to my 1.5hr message to really have a tranquil experience. They offer a desert excursion if rain not your thing but have not tried that one.
