I am updating the review I wrote below. Everyone, I mean everyone, I have spoken to on the phone at this clinic has been either rude or stupid, no exaggeration. I am so glad I cancelled my appointment because if the poor quality of service extends to the medical staff, then I would be in big trouble having them perform surgery on my eyes. I am a new patient and just called to set up an eye exam.
