Not big dog friendly whatsoever! We’ve recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for our two mastiff crosses. We booked in for a nail trimming and a weigh in. I called ahead and explained that the dogs are very large and playful, I asked if I could be with them for the nail trimming and was told over the phone that would be no problems at all. I cannot recommend Umina Pet highly enough. I have two French Bulldogs, Pika and Ranger, and the level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion they received was absolutely outstanding. Over the years, I’ve taken my dogs to different vets, but I have honestly never experienced service like this before. I take all 3 of my dogs to Umina & Point Clare vet hospital. Every vet & nurse is amazing. They are particularly amazing with my little anxious dachshund, Sadie. They have always made sure Sadie is thriving and has the BEST experience when coming into the clinic. And also a massive shoutout to whichever vet nurse did this on Sadie’s medicine bag today after her desexing surgery. Was such a lovely thing to see and really showed me how cared for she was.
