Dr Christine Hsiao has been wonderful with our reactive, traumatised rescue dog. She takes her time, makes sure we can be seen in a quiet area and really understands how to work with a dog who needs extra patience and care. Christine is calm, kind and incredibly helpful, while still finding ways to get everything that needs to be done completed without creating unnecessary stress. Not big dog friendly whatsoever! We’ve recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for our two mastiff crosses. We booked in for a nail trimming and a weigh in. I called ahead and explained that the dogs are very large and playful, I asked if I could be with them for the nail trimming and was told over the phone that would be no problems at all. I cannot recommend Umina Pet highly enough. I have two French Bulldogs, Pika and Ranger, and the level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion they received was absolutely outstanding. Over the years, I’ve taken my dogs to different vets, but I have honestly never experienced service like this before.
