My dog has recently decided he's terrified of the vets (which isn't ideal for a 47kg boy) and the team at Umina Vet Hospital were fantastic at accommodating him. From the reception staff who discussed options to help keep him calm ahead of the appointment, to the lovely vets that spent an hour making him feel comfortable and coming up with a plan to reduce his vet anxiety - an all around caring, professional and competent team. They also have taken in and treated for free several injured wildlife animals I have brought them.... read more

The best vet on the peninsula would not trust anywhere else
My dog unfortunately has cancer so I’ve been to this vet frequently in the last 3 months and seen 3 of the vets here and I am always happy with their service including receptionists. They all care about my dogs health so much and are reasonable and happy to help. I don’t think they try and sell me anything I don’t need and in fact often help to save on bills for me. Thank you for your great care
