Today was my first time going to UMI LASH, I normally go to the Bronx to get my lashes done but was looking for something that is in Brooklyn and that is how I found UMI LASH.. the place was clean, smells good, the table was comfortable to lay on and they got that soft relaxation music playing in the background. I went to get my lashes done yesterday , and I was told by the lady in the front that she could not do my lashes because I was “twitching too much “. I’ve gotten my lashes done before ( on multiple occasions) , and that has never been a problem for me. Due to her telling me I could not be serviced , I ended up having to miss another appointment to accommodate . Definitely not a good way to do business .

Unfortunately I am so disgusted by the service I was given a couple days ago. I have been here once before and had no issues. My birthday is coming up and wanted to make an appointment but also was inquiring about walk ins for the day. The receptionist was extremely nasty she took a phone call in the middle of conversation no excuse me one second or I’m sorry. Unfortunately the owner was very unprofessional and would not honor an already purchased service. She made me so uncomfortable during the phone call that I canceled my service for fear she would intentionally do a poor job, and I will not be returning.
