Hi I live one of ur properties. Pine valley I got approved for a new kitchen faucet for my kitchen been here for 2months still waiting they keep saying they are going to do it still waiting. But they have time to sit in front of the office to smoke. Maintence and office help . Now I went bought a storm door for my back door they told contractor. But mgr said they have more important things to do right now setting up new homes pretty sad when they right next door to me I I will try to be patience

We are dealing with fraudulent park manager *********************************** who manipulated many things in park lease to her favor and then discriminates it against locals and threatens to evict them for lease violations. They leave notices on my door in regards to these ***** concerns using eviction as the only solution to try and settle disputes. For example I am dealing with stray cats that are doing nothing but causing property damage and spreading diseases. The property manager, ******************************* is a b**** I have lived in this community for 3.5 years and have been a good tenant. I needed things fixed in the home and gave the list to the office at least twice. Nothing ever got done, so I waited 3.5 years to call the regional manager, ***************************. I feel The rent increases on the land here are getting out of hand. $40 Ea. year? Per Mo. Now paying $838 per. month for land my house is on. I paid $80,000 for the house and still have to pay rent this high is really out of hand. Its the highest Mobile park rent in the state. No reason for it. The place is not even maintained well at all. I could write a book on this place but don't want to waste my time on UMH Properties.
