I have lived in one of your parks in New York since 1988. I absolutely hate it here. Your park manager is the worst one we have ever had. I own my home and I don't want to leave. There are many residents here that want to leave. They want you to sign so many things and if you don't she threatens residents with eviction or violations. I figure my only way out of here is to die and I hope that is soon.
Large community, clean, quiet, and plenty of homes with various sizes and rooms to choose from. Local park with pool located inside the community, and only 4 miles away from 315 which has all the stores and services you need to live comfortably. Also plenty of job opportunities with nearby industries and medical facilities like Geisinger.
Very expensive lot rent it keeps increasing.
For a few years UMH had a decent park manager but the past few months they have the ultimate worst one. It's sad we pay so much money to live here and end up with a lunatic of a park manager
