Family owned and operated. I personally have lived at several other non Umh communities and UMH is by far the most affordable,best managed,and has the most green space !!

We thought the transition from a brick home would be difficult. Not at all. As long as you keep your yard neat and tidy, pay your rent and do not violate the rules everything will be great. The majority of the folks here respect the property and keep it clean. Those that do not are the ones that complain. Management isn't the problem the people who think they are entitled are. My visitors always comment about how nice the park is and how amazing my mobile unit is. My rent has gone up every year usually by about $50.00. NOT e... read more

They are a terrible company to sell property through don’t even dare sell your mobile home through them.. they literally steal money from you and want a 5% percent commission for doing absolutely nothing in the long run.. please stay away from this company a bunch of crooks.

Honestly a terrible company simple read their bbb profile it's horrific they are negligent to say the least. They'll also raise your rent every six months
