I’ve been going here forever and recently purchased a package deal $35O for 10 sessions. After I bought it and used once, next time I came back, changed of mgmt. My account wasn’t transferred to the new mgmt. Therefore I lost 9 sessions of my money. Is there anyway I can get my money back?
Very good massage. Clean place.
I previously rated this place 5 stars but due to their new practices, I’m not sure if I’d return. For a 1hr deep tissue massage, it was $40. During the massage, other masseuses arrived and the lady massaging me was literally yelling to them as she massaged me. Annoying but ok. After the massage I tipped 20% which is $10. The person who gave me the massage said “this isn’t like a restaurant” and asked for an additional $5.
