The staff was wonderful—welcoming and efficient. Getting set up as a new patient was seamless, and scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Dr. Ifeyinwa Umeh was exceptional, with a kind and calming bedside manner. My daughter genuinely liked her, which says a lot. And the cherry on top? Instead of handing out lollipops (still not sure why some doctors offer sugar after a checkup 🤦🏻♀️), she lets children choose a free book after their visit. Such a thoughtful, health conscious touch!
Dr. Umeh is the best kids doctor ever exists. Even my 3 years old son can see the difference. She’s caring compassionate about what she does. It is very sad not having her at the Kissimmee office. Dr. Umeh, Hayden, Arya, and Zayd missed you dearly. We will never be able to replace you. Thank you for all you have done.
