Words cannot explain how unprofessional this lady is who claims her name is Nancy. I went in wanting acrylic nails. This lady started putting gel X. I proceed to tell her that I want ACRYLIC NOT GEL X and she keeps insisting while applying the gel X on me telling me that those are better. After I had them on she started cutting my cuticles AGGRESSIVELY I MEAN AGGRESSIVELY to the point where all my fingers started bleeding and she goes to tell me she didn’t notice. Always polite and friendly, I love that they place a new clean plastic liner on the spa pedicure tub, not every nail spa does this. Spacious and open, you won't feel cramped!
