Your schedulers need to be more professional when patients call in to make appointments. They come across as rude and lack empathy.
Terrible! The answering service is ghetto, rude and unprofessional. They make you wait a whole year for a follow up appointment and the wait time to see a doctor is over an 1:30 minutes. Find somewhere else to go!

Hate it. Horrible. Rude. I already left 3 messages and they never called back. Since I last wrote this review of one star , I now want to Chaney it to no star. The doctor prescribed a cortisone cream that needed a pre-authorization in order for my insurance to cover the expenses. After waiting I thought my insurance was taking too many days to approve ( at this point I was waiting 10 days) the nurse station never called my insurance company even if though they said they hey would.
