Terrible! The answering service is ghetto, rude and unprofessional. They make you wait a whole year for a follow up appointment and the wait time to see a doctor is over an 1:30 minutes. Find somewhere else to go!

Hate it. Horrible. Rude. I already left 3 messages and they never called back. Since I last wrote this review of one star , I now want to Chaney it to no star. The doctor prescribed a cortisone cream that needed a pre-authorization in order for my insurance to cover the expenses. After waiting I thought my insurance was taking too many days to approve ( at this point I was waiting 10 days) the nurse station never called my insurance company even if though they said they hey would. Terrible telephone systems. The offices rarely pick up so you are left to struggle through automated voice systems. I finally had to go into the office so I could make an appointment. They scheduled me at their office in New Brunswick. Upon arrival at the New Brunswick office I find out the Somerset office had actually not sent the appointment information over.
