My go-to clinic. Unfortunately, wait times to see my primary care physician are in the 2-hour range. ALWAYS. Sometimes three. Insurance hassles are a given. And they do not follow-up on referrals and pre-authorizations needed for specialist visits.
Lady on the phone hung up on me twice while I’m trying to set up an appointment after she sent me to the main menu 2 times already
Calls always mix up multiple people answering then they hang up on you angrily for their own mistakes lol
Tuve cita con la ginecóloga fue excelente servicio ( dure 35 min en mi consulta y tiempo de espera) Pero el servicio de laboratorios super lentisimo dure casi 1 hora de espera mas el tiempo de procesamiento de laboratorio. Ya he visitado otros laboratorios de UMC y han sido muy rápidos y atentos. Y aquí la verdad el servicio al cliente y en rapidez es horrible!!!!
