Schedulers are so rude. They need to develop their customer service skills considering their whole job is to help patients. I went in for my appointment and had a great experience with all employees groups till it came to the schedulers. I asked a few questions regarding time and location because I work 14 hour shift on a rotating schedule and the receptionist quickly got annoyed and started giving attitude and using a rude tone. Treating people respectfully should be the minimum in any service industry.
