Had a great experience, friendly staff , Gigi , Amanda, and Dr. Morales were amazing and walked me through everything.
Staff is friendly and helpful, except for one person, she seems to always be mad.
I have had 2 colonoscopies at UMC Surgical Center on Mesa and both times I was treated exceptionally well. The entire staff, from checkin to recovery, were professional, caring and attentive. My surgeon Dr Carmela Morales and anesthesia team were outstanding making my experience as comfortable and stress free as possible. I highly recommend UMC West Surgical Center without reservation.
My mom went to have a procedure done here and my mom was really taken care of. Everything came out good she was very pleased with all the procedures. There’s a nurse who I want to thank for her help and patience with us. She has to wait for us until my husband came for us. And my husband took a while to get there and the facility where about to close and she nicely told us not to worry about. Really nice lady explained every question my mom had.
