My mom went to have a procedure done here and my mom was really taken care of. Everything came out good she was very pleased with all the procedures. There’s a nurse who I want to thank for her help and patience with us. She has to wait for us until my husband came for us. And my husband took a while to get there and the facility where about to close and she nicely told us not to worry about. Really nice lady explained every question my mom had. It’s important for single people to know that if you have any procedure involving anesthesia, they require another person to be present taking responsibility for you. Surprisingly, hiring a medical transport vehicle will cause your appointment to be cancelled. (This is a routine procedure with no recovery time.) Additionally, they set an appointment time, but indicated they would call “day of” to inform when the procedure will take place. This is problematic if you have a job. This is a great facility! Everyone here makes you feel comfortable, worry free, & they treat you with care from registration to your way out. Dr. Morales is an amazing doctor as well as all nurse’s & anesthesiologist here! Highly recommend. Thank you guys, God bless you all!
