You call with a referral from your PCP. It takes 30+ minutes to reach someone. You are told that you need to email them your referral. You email them the referral. They say they "need time" to check your referral. A week passes. You call again to see what's going on. You wait 30+ minutes. You give up. This was my experience. Incompetence runs rampant in Las Vegas, and this "hospital" is exemplary of it.
I see primary care and ortho at the Southern Highlands care clinic. Today was my first time seeing our orthopedic department Dr. Libby it was amazing at 10 out of 10. He was very thorough and really took the time to explain and educate me in my own care. I’ve been very happy with my care at the Southern Highlands care clinic, both primary and ortho!
I have been coming here for years. Staff is great and never have to wait to long. Appointment availability is sometimes same day if not next day.

Went there for the first time. So happy I did. Front office was sweet and super easy check in. X-ray tech was kind. Met with DR. EUGENE LIBBY. Absolutely phenomenal service. Very caring and understanding Went Thoroughly over treatment plan. Thank you kindly.
