My visit was very quick and painless. They got me right in and right out. No fuss, no mess
I came into the office without an appointment the front desk Sarah was very helpful. Also at the front desk was her supervisor Leo I told him how helpful she was. He was very nice and introduced himself. I’m really glad that there is great leadership at the Southern Highlands location I have been very happy with the care that I’ve received here between Dr. Tan and with the nurse practitioner Melissa Best generally nurse Erica is who I see was also very nice.
Last year I had to find a new provider and I was able to get an appointment immediately with no problems. This year I had 2 scheduled appointments and both were canceled with less than a weeks notice. The 2nd appointment i had to wait 3 months due to my schedule only to be canceled again. I know Vegas has a shortage of providers but this is ridiculous to cancel just days before an appointment which I've waited a quarter of a year. Its not right.
