I have been coming here for years the girl at the front desk. Sarah always remembers my name when I walk in. She’s always so helpful to me and my husband even when I sit in the lobby I hear how kind she is to everybody. The nurse Kelly Very nice she even helped me schedule my appointment. I’ve also had good interactions with the other nurse Erica. I’ve seen my doctor Roose he is nice. I want to say everything he’s helped me out with, but he is efficient.
The girls and Dr. Roose were very kind and upfront which I appreciate. The lower reviews made me scared to go, but it’s super clean and friendly you all are just a bunch of babies. We had hiccups too on both ends and it happens but sorted through it.

My pcp wrote the wrong diagnostic code for my labs and I ended up getting stuck with a $400 lab bill. I have called their office twice and came in person twice for someone who works full-time. This is absolutely ridiculous. For the issue did not be fixed. Ironically, the office manager is always busy whenever I call or show up in person. Like what am I supposed to do? I’ve checked in at 3:22 for a 3:20 appointment. There was absolutely no one at the lobby waiting to be seen, but the doctor refused to see me because of that 2 minutes. I argued that there was no people waiting, but they didn’t care.
