I have an 8:40am appointment and walked in at 8:05…the lady that’s doing check in and out is by herself and she didn’t check me in til 9am…I have to go to work that’s why I make early appointments. This office needs to have more than one receptionist
I can already tell by the reviews that this place sucks. Talk to Tanya about her rudeness, if it continues. You know what to do. I won’t even bother trying this place out. Reviews matter! Don’t tell people to call and voice a complaint! They just spent 20 minutes writing it! Read the reviews and act accordingly. Learn how to run your business or it will run away from you. Today 10-16-24 is the last day that I will ever come back to the Southern Highlands location. The office staff and Medical assistant's were very friendly. However Nurse Practitioner Tanya Walker came off very rude. She acted very dismissive about some of my concerns. When I brought up a concern about a particular health issue, she dismissed it by replying, "That's the Least of your issues"! This was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a Healthcare provider. The MA was fine, but NP Tanya was rude, unprofessional and argued about what my diagnosis was. After several eye rolls and changing aound what I had told her, 30 minutes in and she was still 'building' my chart and had not examined me.
