If I could give zero stars I would. The lady that works here is SO rude every time I have had to call (mind you not many times do I have to call so that’s saying a lot) she acts like you should know everything as if you work there. (Want to put her name but decided not to stoop to her level) They are EXTREMELY predatory with billing and take advantage. Also you cannot speak to someone directly, you have to leave a voicemail. I just want to pay you. Insane wait times and are awful about not contacting you till it’s about to be sent to collection.
Spent an hour on the phone to combat a $900 bill going to collections that I already paid, and can provide receipts! All that, just to be hung up on when I got to be the 1st caller in line. Abysmal customer service. They will be hearing from me in person. Get your act together, UMC.

VERY RUDE staff. As if understanding insurance payments and things aren't confusing enough, the staff speaks to you as if you are supposed to know everything when it comes to billing procedures. Even if you ask politely, they act like it pains them to simply do their jobs.
