My expectations were very high when I walked in the door for my procedure and my experience exceeded every one of them. I could not have asked for anything more. This was mid IT outage and you never would’ve never known anything was down. Everyone was kind, efficient, cheerful, and beyond patient. Excellent care and very qualified doctors Dr. MacKay, Dr. Schmidt, and Dr. Baruch, all worked together and amazed me with their expertise, and kindness, just want to thank 5 West along with Pre Op and Anesthesia employees who are included the absolute best in the West Texas!
