Fast and friendly
Downside is I had to wait 4 months for an appt with this pharmacy. But once I had my appt yesterday, it was one of the best experiences as a patient that I’ve had. Shout out to Karli the Pharmacist — very professional and competent, explained everything and wrote down instructions, and quick/streamlined appt. Also THANK YOU to Liz who handled a hiccup and bad customer service from the Slide location of UMC Pharmacy. Thank you for being good at what you do, being communicative, and empathetic.
Victoria is rude and doesn't listen to what you're saying and Joey gets frustrated and doesn't listen to what you're saying. Other staff laughed at me and didn't place my refill because they thought I wasn't going to pick it up. I'm very disgusted and disappointed with that pharmacy.
My experience with this pharmacy has been pretty good. Everyone has their good , and bad days. Overall they are pretty helpful.
