Fast and friendly service.
This pharmacy has been troublesome every time I have gone. There is one person specifically who every time I have gone I have seen him be harsh and critical. More than once they have said there are no prescriptions for me when my doctor has sent them. And I have been treated in an accusatory manner when I have questioned this. I reached out to this pharmacy in mid-June regarding a serious issue I experienced after receiving unclear instructions at pickup. Despite calling twice and sending a detailed email, I’ve heard nothing back. One staff member even told me to “Google it” when I was asking for clarity on how to properly use my prescription. Amazing staff, everyone is kind and very professional, I'm glad I am able to refill my prescriptions at this location it is very convenient for me, thank you guys for all you do.
Said prescription MUST be picked up at this new pharm...had to pay full copY when only part of prescription was ready. Will have to pay copay AGAIN when the rest comes in. BS !!!
