Medical assistants are horrible, need more training. Not professional at all.
This place is a 50/50 chance that staff will do their jobs correctly. have dealt with many counterparts at their outpatient clinics. Most folks here transfer you to the incorrect departments, you leave voice messages to medical assistants to doctors and these wont get returned or are always unavailable to take your call. Ive been seen by 7 staff members some doctors and some practitioners and their ethics are horrible. Dr.Rangel and her staff were very professional and I was seen quickly. She heard all my medical concerns and I got the referrals and prescription refills I needed. I’m so glad I went to this clinic.
