was disappointed to learn that this pediatrician’s clinic does not accept patients again once they leave the practice. Kids’ needs change, insurance changes, and families sometimes have to make temporary decisions. Not allowing returning patients feels inflexible and not very family-friendly. It would be helpful if this policy were more clearly explained upfront and reconsidered.

The waiting time to actually see a Doctor is just ridiculous, I was the first in the line, complete all the paperwork very fast and even then I had to stay over 2 hrs just to have a 5 min conversation with a doctor.
Nobody answer the phone! they just live me on hold for ever without say any word, I’ve been calling since 8:30 am they answer but live me on hold
