The staff is excellent very friendly everyone of them.
The VA forces veterans to utilize this office and my wife has been there several times. I know a doctors office can be busy and run behind. But this is by far the worst that I’ve experienced. It doesn’t matter what time you show up for your appointment the staff will have you waiting for multiple hours, and if you ever actually get called back before you have to just leave because you’ve already waited so long, the doctor will keep you trapped in the office for another hour at least. Pretty sorry place do to they charge 100 dollars if you can't make appointment charging people that are sick with cancer and hep c that are busy with 100 other things that might not be able to make it that day due to being extremely sick but they still charge 100 for not being able to make it sad world. This review is solely on the front desk registry section. Went in today 06/04/24 for a 2:00 PM appointment . I registered in with the link provided time was approximately 1:35 PM . I checked the time because I noticed people coming in after me , and past 2:00 PM kept getting called in. So I asked a young lady who was clearly with her mother what time their appointment was.
